Richard Stace is one of the most experienced practitioners in his field, having specialised exclusively in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1991.

Richard founded the firm in 2007 after identifying a market for a genuinely high level of personal service delivered by an experienced employment law specialist.

He spent the previous 10 years developing and leading the employment team of a regional law firm.

Richard advises employers and employees on a wide range of employment and HR issues. He also provides training and seminars to employer clients and writes and speaks on employment law issues.

For the last 20 years Richard has been a Charity Trustee, Director and Governor of an independent co-educational day and boarding school, where he is currently its Vice-Chair of Governors and Named Governor for Safeguarding.
